OK they finally called me (my loan was due Dec 13) and all they are doing is saying no deal, no partial payments - pay us in full or we take you to court. Oh and they never received my letters. I was speaking to someone named Madeline Drew. She told me that CTC NEVER EVER takes partial payments. True??? Has anyone had any luck in negotiating with them???? HELP - I'm freaking out as I keep getting calls at work!

Check the laws of your state. It should be allowing a repayment plan with the loan company. How much have you paid them so far? And what was the loan principal?

I would revoke your voluntary wage assignment with CTC, they will attempt to enforce it. You will also need to give a copy of this to your payroll dept. I believe others have had success in dealing with this company. If you still legally owe this company anything, try sending them payments via money order. They will say they don't have an address, but they do. I will try to locate it.
