Does anyone have any experience dealing with the OK AG or Dept of Consumer Credit in regards to ipdls? I filed a complaint through the OKDOCC a few weeks ago and I got a response that they received my complaint and assigned it to someone but I haven't heard anything else. Thanks in advance for your help!

Call the office and see who your case was handed over to. Most of the time the turn around time is 30 days.

The email I received had a name, email, and number of the person who is handling my case. I emailed them and haven't heard anything yet. Thanks for the time turn around info.
