Hey guyys...I just got my refund from ICS for $519.00. Yea, I know it's not as big as texastruck's but hey, it's money that they screwed me out of..Merry Christmas...

Yea, they were very easy to work with and I got the refund in like 2 days.

ICS aka International Cash Services..(for bestideayet, who asked what it was). They are a IPDL company and for some they are very, very hard to work with. They were with me before I told them that I was going to file with my AG's office and then they became very nice.

Nat, please tell me how you got a refund from ICS. I told them that I was contacting my A. General's office (which I did by the way - I just have to send them in my documentation) and they got a little nervous, but didn't budge. Also, does anyone have an email address for them - I want to start putting info in writing. I overpaid and they refused to provide a contract - stating that the contract was verbal (???) - which we all know is not legal.  The number that they keep telling me to call in regards to who is now handling my account is just a line that says they're busy - please leave a message. Help!
