Does anyone know how long is usually takes for them to respond on complaints about pdls. I have made my complaints about a month ago and only heard back from the bbb about route 66. All they said was they never responded back to them and will keep my file and if anything comes in at alater date they will let me know. I was wandering if I should file complaints again or just wait, does anyone know?

Keep filing your complaints. Everyone having problems with Route 66 Funding should do this so that the legal representatives come into action. And the company is heavily penalized and shut down for doing illegal business in the country.
Has this company done anything new in your account? You should report it again because the FTC BBB and the local AG needs to be informed about every action of this pdl.

Keep after the AG's office about Rt. 66. Every state needs to prohibit this company from doing business in the US unless they decide to actually get legal and licensed in each state - which they never will because then they'd actually have to follow the laws they claim to already be following...in both the US and the UK.

I don't even have any accounts right now for anyone to touch. And it took route 66 about 2 months or so to contact me after i closed my account and they just want me to admit i refuse to pay. I won't come out exactly with those words, but i do just keep recited my laws and how much i paid them. I will definitly file more complaints again.

I think it would also depend on what state you are in and how backlogged each AG and BBB office is. It's also a good rule of thumb to realize that anytime you're dealing with state goverment, you're in for a wait.
