I made the mistake of getting a PDL from this company. They keep trying to withdraw funds from my account when they arent supposed to. Now I am getting bank fees and my balance is negetive. They also keep adding to my balance. A $200 loan is now $500, is that legal? Any advice? Thanks.

GFSIL is doing illegal business in most states. You will read a lot of posts about this company here. They are a pain to many. Report them to your state AG, FTC and the BBB. Since you have not authorized them for the withdrawals, go to your bank and dispute their charges. They will revert the fees.

Also talk to your bank about blocking the debits, and send a letter revoking your authorization for them to debit your account, giving a copy to your bank. Go here to check your state laws to see if they're legal in your state (probably not): paydayloansinfo.org. If licensing is required, you can check that, as well, on that site.

If you need any help with this place let me know. I closed my bank account in October so I have been through it all with them. Please do not send them anymore money. This has got to be the most crooked of them all. They have threatened myself and my friends, cursed me and called me 27 times in one day. In the end though I think they have finally realized that I am finished and will not give them another cent. I have not heard from them for about 3 weeks now.
