It seems to me that the gentleman has already paid his bill in fact in triplicat! What you don't seem to comprehend is the fact that none of us here want to get out of paying WHAT IS FAIR UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE THAT WE LIVE IN! Loan sharking is against the law! And you are guilty of that. Legal term USURY. AND FOR YOUR PROFIT.

CashNet500's BBB Report is so bad because losers, defaulters, and criminals like those of you on this site, give us bad reports, and we do not feel the need to respond to pieces of trash.

NAME DELETED - SUEBEE has defaulted in his loan. That he paid 9 rollovers is not my problem.

Jeff--
Then why do you give loans in states that you are not licensed? you are supposed to follow the laws of the state that the consumer resides in.SUCH AS NO ROLLOVERS ALLOWED

BIG DEAL! Three states out of fifty! That is really not much to brag about. Obviously The other 47 states don't like your business ethics.

you are out of your element brownsugar.

we dont have to be licensed in a state to do business there.

the laws of delaware apply to the loan. not the laws of the other person's state.

Why don't you answer my question about the laws?? If a consumers state had pdl prohibited, you aren't supposed to lend to them b/c by law, you have to follow the laws of the consumer
