Nat - he can't answer the question. He is an accountant not a lawyer and he is out of his element here. We are all well versed in the laws of our states because we have been burned by companies like his. I will bet that his company does not even know that he is on here tonight. You can tell that he is geting a bit rattled by his brilliant responses and lack of knowlege regarding the laws. That is why he is becoming redundant.

We only have to follow Delaware laws, i'm a loser. Get it through your smart brains.

I use to work for a payday loan parent company that was based in Malta. We had all of like 5 American employees all housed out of an office in Philly that was basically the last collection stop before the accounts were sold.

We operated under Maltese law, not American law yet 99.999 percent of our clients were American. Unfortunately, we got run out of Malta.

By law, you are REQUIRED to follow the laws of the state of the consumer. Therefore, if a state PROHIBITS pdl's, you can't lend to them. We all know our states laws like the back of our hands :P

How am I out of my element Jeff? You are just mad b/c all of us are very educated with the payday lending laws in our states when it comes to dealing with loan sharks like you.

For the record, if you were to call me demanding some off the wall s***, you would meet dial tone real quick and my mom is good friends with the prosecutor in my city, and best believe he would contact your office without hesitating.

Well I wouldn't brag about that! Maybe with any luck and the help of the federal govenment you will get run out of the Us also. You had better read up on your law or else maybe somone is handing you a crock of caca, but in the state of Ohio if you are doing budiness here 1.) you have to be liscensed and 2) you have to follow the law as it is written HERE, not where you are located!

This idiot is a moron. If PDL's are legal then why did I get a Refund from ZipCash. They knew they violated my staes laws and couldn't win. PDL's are illegal in most states and they are not licensed. Hey moron, provide me proof that you are licensed in the State of Texas. I could give a crap if your licensed in Delaware, you have to be licensed in the state that the debtor lives in. Learn the law moron. God, I hope these idiots are shut down. They are blood sucking theives.
