does anyone know the fax mumber to m&i bankcard services.. i have a credit card with them that is in the t&c they called me like 4 times today.. i want to fax them a cease all calls letter and advise them to call t&c.. any suggestions on how to write this letter? i know ankcard services is 877-517-8668 any suggestions will be appricaited

There is nothing to be done legally in order to stop the calls of M&I bankcard services. You can just file your complaints with the legal authorities if it is a harassing phone call. You have a debt with them and they will call you until it's paid.

Put a written request with the credit company to call your consolidation company. Tell them that they are in a better position to talk about your account. T&C has the name of the company and the account number. Ask them about the status of the account and their talks with the credit company. You will come to know the latest.
