Okay i stopped pmt to bmg... Wednesday and today i recieve an e-mail from sgq prosessing saying i defaulted 12-18-06 what the heck and my name well the name wasnt even my name.... What is this Confused

I payed the 450.00 for my 300.00 loan

Just so I understand this correctly, SGQ sent you an email about a defaulted loan that wasn't yours. Is that what you mean by the name wasn't your name.
Is BMG and SGQ two different loan company's?

Did you email them back and let them know they sent you information that didn't belong to you.
Did you have a loan out with both of these places?
If you paid more than what your state allows, then you should prepare a letter to send to them with your state laws attached.

They can't do anything to you, because criminal action is prohibited. If they threaten you with anything I would defiantly report them to the AG's office.
