I,personally, haven't heard of them. Please reconsider if you are thinking about taking out a loan. You will only get in deeper in debt. Before you do any business with any company, check them out with the BBB. Good Luck..Karen

When I did a search on the bbb.org website with that name, it listed several CitiFinancial locations.
