I haven't found a lot of info on them, there are a few previous threads that say they operate like a storefront payday lender, as they are backed by a bank. Is this the only payday loan you have? From what I've read, they don't seem to be easy to deal with.
You could try discussing payment arrangements with them, but some payday lenders start hitting your account to get what they can if you start discussing payment arrangements, so I'd be careful. If you are able to work some type of payment arrangements out with them, get it in writing so you have proof of what was agreed. Any debits to your account that are not in the written agreement can be considered to be unauthorized and you can get the bank involved.
