I would like to know if there is a letter I could write if I am separated and my husband is occurring debts. The separation isn't legal. Just physical

Are the debts in both names? If so, a letter you write will not do much good. The creditors want their money. Even if you do not go through with a legal separation, you are to this point already, and would be wise to check all accounts that are jointly owned and try to limit new debt acquisition. Close accounts that you possibly can or legally can whether you stay together or not.

Calculate the total debts that are actually in your name. If you are looking forward to a divorce (sadly said), the divorce decree will divide your share from his. The creditors will call you for the debts that were signed jointly. You may get some relaxation with the decree
