I just got out of prision, I was in for three years,and still fighting this in court, I have some debt, with Discover and Marchel Fields and a Visa card the debt is around 5,000 to 10,000 I need help.

Maybe, you can check the statutes of these debt accounts because it looks like you never made a payment in the last three years. If the account is past the statutes, the company cannot sue you in the court. But you are always responsible to pay your dues.
