How do I contact United Cash Loans?

I need phone number for united cash because they keep taking money out of my account since july 2006 and i only borrow 300.00 please i know someone out there has there number.email me back email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

I am in California and have been fighting them since Nov. 2009. What you need to do if file all your complaints in California and their state. Go online to do so, with BBB, FTC, Attorney Generals, Department of Corp and www.ic3.gov. I have also wrote letters to our Senators. Barbara Boxer has sent me an email stating she was opening a formal inquirey into this company. Elections are coming up people use this time to your advantage.

Try 1-800-430-2740, but I truly do not believe they will stop. You will have to close your bank account.

If they are affiliated with Rio Resources, then definitely close your bank account! They have been ordered by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit to Cease and Desist making loans and any loans that have already been made are null and void.

Well, since they are an unlicensed lender all you can do is contact them by telephone or via email and tell them you need a physical address to send the rest of their money to them, the information I have on them is below but I am not sure about how accurate it is, at this point.

I also had a bad experience with United Cash Loan, they've took out $60.00 and 50.00 in the same day. They were very rude, I told them I will pay off the 195.00 and that I will never refer them to anyone, also told them to have the bank call me if they try to take out any money. We need to stop this! I am a hard working mom, recently loss my husband and I needed a little help, and that's why I applied for a loan.

I,had to close my bank account because of unitedcashloans)ididnt know they had put $350,in my account until i,got my bank statement,and they had already taken out $105.i,called them and they told me i, could send them acheck cash card for $105,monthly,now they refuse to accept it they said i,needed to send the full amount or they would take me to court,                   I, am a 80.yr.old  widow on social security,                    (signed)stupid,

I had had to close my bank account to keep United Cash Loan from withdrawing additional money from my account.  I well paid this account but the transaction kept coming in.  Now, they are harrassing me at work with daily phone calls and rude as hell.  This is one of the numbers they use 1-800-701-7565.  I called this number because they would not identify themselves when calling my work.  I asked for their address so and was rudely told they do not have a mailing address and asked for their website address and she would not give it to me (Kasey or Casey female person) I spoke to.  How can I stop these calls to my work.  help!

Thanks for the phone numbers, I also accidentally, or say I was shoved $200 by United CashLoans. I was forced to close my bank account because they were taking my money every 2wks- $60, My account was overdrawn without me knowing. I was mad because I never asked them for their money but I guess they trapped my info while I was desperately looking for a credit card online. I wasnt impressed too, because they never send me an emai or a mail about their policy, neither did they give me their contact.

Thanks once again for the number, I will call them. For those who have gone through thesame through innocense and because of your financial constraints, I am sorry and I suggest just closing your accounts because united cashloans are malicious and they will steal your money to your last penny.

then umber i 800-701-7565 and the hit my acct once on the fourth of every month and twice on seventh so because of that i'm unable to pay them because all my money is going to NSF fees for my bank i'm also closing my acct. will never deal with them again and my hold family was getting ready to i'm also taking the advice of some of the people on here so thanks didn't know they were ordered to to stop making loans i'm from Florida but i will be contacting the state that ordered that along with BBB and FBI fraud line etc. my mom and dad didn't raise an uneducated child none of my siblings are and yes i might of let them get me once by taking loan but they wont do it again nor will they get away with it this time i will fight it and i don't give up so thanks everybody fir your info and advice i will let everyone know more as i go you definitely keep you updated thank sincerely ms. grateful
