Laverne--

Congratulations on your PIF with CTC. Just make sure you save that email they sent you stating that you are PIF just in case CTC might try to come back and get more money later on. Also, I've never heard of Cash Options. If they are threatening that they can garnish your wages, the wage revocation letter that you gave your payroll dept early on to cover yourself should take care of this one also, if you stated in your wage revocation letter that you were revoking all wage assignments from anyone that might try to pull one.

Congrats Laverne. I am so glad that you got your pif. You are much more relaxed this weekend. Things do have a way of working out when you can look at them with a clear head, don't they.

Really? I didn't know Paydayavenue was Sonic...I'm not surprised, that explains why they're so dirty.

Yep, these a$$holes sent the wage assignment to my job, but I had revoked it. They want $621 for a $400 loan. They gave me until 2/26 to PIF. I will send them payments, but only for the actual amount I owe according to OH's laws, which is $15 per $100 borrowed, so really I only owe $460.

I also have filed bk, and if i understand it correctly, they cannot garnish your wages, it is against the law, if they try, give the letter to your lawyer and your lawyer will contact them, to tell them that you did file for bk.

good luck.
