How do i go about starting legal process when they filed a judgement against me in ny but i have been living in nh for the past 9 yrs. I really need to do something now.

Is this for a cc? Legally they have to file suit where you currently live.I would go to the court house and see what you need to do about having thejudgment vacated or talk to legal aid in your area.
