I delt with MTE Finacial for a payday loan, it seems they took more than they can chew, they have been taking from my account every two weeks since October, it was a 400 dollar loan why is it that I still owe them money, how can I get this fixed

Can you give us a little more info, such as what state you live in, and how much you have paid on this loan, in total? This information will allow us to give you some advice to help you get this loan taken care of.

MTE Financial has been ordered by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit to Cease and Desist making loans. All loans that they have made or null and void because they do not have a license to lend. First, close your bank account because they will continue debiting. PM me with your email address, I will send you a copy of the letter that was sent to them. Don't pay them another dime!!

SoccerMama, it's the same letter, but there are a couple of other people that have gotten the letter also.

Approved for the loan but no money was ever deposited into my account. Called customer service Could never get live person on phone but my account summary says I owe them money that they will withdrawl next payday how is that legal!! nothing but a bunch of crook out to steal money from others But thats just my opion

I got a $300.00 Loan and was told that I had to pay $390.00 back. It was suppose to be taken out on the 10th of July. Only $90.00 Was taken. I was told that the whole 390.00 was going to get taken out at once. So Why was just $90.00
