HI,

I have 2 PD loans, Cashnet was for $350, I paid $405 in feels. I live in Florida, I have told them this is PIF, revoked my wage garnishment assignemt and now they are asking why I believe this is PIF. Where can I get the documentation to tell them why this is PIF other than just saying they dont have a license in FL?What letter do I send them and where do I file a complaint? Is emailing these letters and revocations good enough?

CTC's loan was $300 Paid them $270 in fees, so I owe them $30? IS that correct? They are emailing my boss, supervisor and payroll dept...what do I do? I have already emailed them a wage garnishment revocation but now what?

Is CTC licensed in FL?

Thank you!

Now you just stand firm and stick to your guns. Have you filed a complaint with your Attorney General's office as well as with the AGs' offices in each o their states they are located? If not, do so immediately.

Each state should have a website for their Attorney General. Depending upon your state, some allow you to file a complaint form online. Others will either let you print one off and mail it or send one to you, you should file one with your state and their states as well.

adam,
I pasted some links in the other post you made as well.
If you go to this website you can file a complaint online.

CTC is not licensed in any of the states in US. They are very quick in sending a wage assignment letter to your payroll. You need to draft a revocation letter to the company and send a copy to your payroll. Pay off the remaining balance and stay away from CTC. This is one company that always rings a bell and many people have now become cautious.

I just got another call at work. Please, what do I tell them? I am saying that they are not licensed to do business in the state of FL, that the allowed fees in FL are 10% +$5, and that no rolloever are allowed. I have paid $405 on a $350 loan and considered this PIF.....is all this correct? Any help in what I should say would be appreciated.
Thanks!
