Just to follow up, I received my refund today from Secret Cash Card!  I received it exactly 10 days from the date I requested the refund, which is when they said it would arrive in the mail.

Congratulations Steelers on your refund This might be a dumb question, but what exactly is Secret Cash Card? I've been reading some posts about it.

MY!! Nice to hear that you got the refund. I think this is the company I recently heard was quick in refunding the balance.

It was a pleasant surprise! I was skeptical,even when they acknowledged my request and approved it. After all, they were unauthorized to take money from my account to begin with, so I was skeptical that they would do the right thing and give me a refund. I'm happy I got it!

Selena, this isn't Secret Cash Card. This is a debt forum. Google this company's name in the upper right hand corner. You will find contact information in order to get your refund. I was a victim of this company also, once you contact them for a refund they will issue it to you. Also file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office.
