I emailed them regarding per MA laws you have overcharged me for my 400 loan (I paid thus far 578.00 in renewals!) i asked for my acct to be PIF and not to debit my account and not to notify me or my work etc etc.. I got this email today...nothing about PIF mind you.. what can i reply and i did file a complaint via the mail to my AG's office yesterday!
Please note i am from MA and took this out via the int. In MASS. Am i truly subject to their laws and not MA? Sorry long, but i need help on a reply to get this PIF!

Kimmy send them a *letter of revocation* on your debit account, give one to your bank, then close that account so they cannot debit you anymore money! ASPA!

If the bank refuses to co-operate....institute the FDIC Bank Regulations.........E 15CFR168 or 169B(B).

I'll get that rounded up & posted here for you but act very fast. okie dokie??

Send them the letter again. Most of them do come back and say they are not "conducting business" in your state, but if they loaned you money in Mass., then they are conducting business! Stand your ground!! and keep filing complaints!

Get your complaints in against this company with your AG's office and continue to stand your ground. Make sure you also block this company (list the dba's they go by as well) from your account.
