I just need to find all the addresses, get copy of the paperwork and get this stopped as quickly as I can! Ugh....I feel so stupid for us getting ourselves into this mess and embarrassed!

Don't be embarrassed, and if you are stupid then so am I . . . . And a lot of others here. We all have times were we need money, and payday loans seem like a good option at the time.

You know what is bad is that we never were in situations like we have been the past few years. Actually the past 4 years have been rough on us. It seems like we take 2 steps forward and take 4 steps back. I work full time, my husband works full time and has a part time job and it still seems like we cannot get our head above water for anything. And with 2 kids in school and all their stuff they have going on.... Guess my work is cut out for me for a while.

Yeah, but just think . . . . If you suceed you will get over $2000 in refunds . . . . That to me is a powerful motivator . . . . And the fact that you will be pdl free . . . . That's an even more powerful motivator.

From what I've read Magnum Z is also known as Debt Doctors. If that's the case here is their contact info:

Debt Doctors
P O Box 126
Wentzville, MO ÂÂ*63385
Telephone: (88 276-4189

I found this for Whisler Holdings:

Xpresscash
2207 Concord Pike #505
Wilmington, DE 19803
800-757-0122
option 1 is for loans
option 2 is for collections
option 3 is for customer service (who told me they were related to Whistler-Holding)

Other numbers on the BBB site are
800-351-8820 and 800-493-3380.
and their wesbite is xpresscash.com/

I'm sure it's purely coincedence (note my sarcasm) but AIP's address is:
AIP
2207 Concord Pike
Wilmington, DE 19803
I'm thinking they are the same company, or at least related.

There are multiple addresses for United Cash, I don't know if they are all the same company or not.

United Cash Loans
3531 P Street NW
Miami, OK ÂÂ*74355
Telephone: (800) 230-9480

Pinion Management dba United Cash
2730 San Pedro Dr NE Ste H Albuquerque, NM 87110
Primary Phone:
(800) 430-5024

United Cash Loans
2533 N. Carson St Ste. 5020
Carson City, NV ÂÂ*89706
Telephone: (800) 354-0602
Fax: (88 570-9772

Ameriloans addresses match exactly to the above for United Cash Loans, so they are also the same company.

For Route 66 here's some of the addresses:

Route 66 Funding
46 State Street
3rd Floor
Albany NY 12207
1-877-564-7738
1-877-564-7739
1-877-646-9618
fax 1-877-564-7740

Route 66 Funding
1005 Terminal Way STE 102
Reno, NV ÂÂ*89502-2179
Telephone: (877) 564-7738
Fax: (187) 756-4774 ext. 0

The last two, Electronic Pay and Midland Market I can't find anything about. I will keep looking and see if I can find anything about them.

No problem . . . . Now that you know your loans are from AIP and ameriloan you can do a search for those names too on this website . . . . There is quite a bit of information on those companies . . . . I know that one member that was from NC had a loan out with AIP and they marked the loan PIF without even asking because they knew that it was illegal to loan in NC . . . . . I will look around and find the name and number of the lady I talked to there and post it here. I had a loan with AIP and was getting no where. I finally got her number, she is the controller of the company, and in just a phone conversation she marked my loan PIF. I wasn't entitled to a refund like you are, so I can't speak on that with AIP, but at least you have a better idea who you are dealing with . . .

I just feel like I am running around in circles and I am praying so hard that we can get a refund for some of this. What little print I could fine on one of those said something about us agreeing that the business was conduction in their state, I think it was MD or something like that and I could hardly read it, but something about arbitration and not using attorney....it was very hard to read because it was small. found part of an email that had part of some information on it. Will that cause me problems?

They will claim that yes, you agreed that the loan would fall under such and such state laws, but you can't pick and choose what law you want to apply! There is a court opinion, I have it at work so I will post it in the morning, but it says something along the lines of "If the electronic business solicits, transacts, and continues to transact business with a consumer in another state, then the electronic business is conducting business in the state of the consumer, and is subject to the laws of the state in which the consumer resides."

All the ipdl contracts have something in them about agreeing that the loan will fall under the laws of another state. With Route 66 you agreed to be under the jurisdiction of UK laws! They can say whatever they want, but in reality they have to follow the laws of the state in which the consumer lives. If this wasn't true, then why would the legitimate PDL's bother to license themselves in each state they lend in, and why would they charge different interest rates, depending on the state they lend in?

Well I have started the process and have sent out a few emails since I was able to find some of the, well actually most of them, I hope. Considering they were not returned to me saying invalid email, I figure they were received. I have 2 more places to contact and then to the AG with what information I have. Now just pray that a miricle will happen with our bank account and other payments will go through. Needless to say, stressed to the max here!

Well, now that my mortgage check has been returned and we are already one payment behind, there is a possibility of foreclosure on our house. We do not have $2500 to get us caught up to stop this and we have only been in the house one year. I know once we can get these things pdls stopped we will have more money, but doesn't help us now. Don't know what we are going to do! We can't get any loans right now and unfortunatly we don't have any savings to fall back on, both of our parents are retired and living on just what they are getting in from retirement and we both have already borrowed off of our 401K's to try to help get by and cannot borrow any more off of them. Plus I am sitting here with a bill for my son's senior pictures that is due, need to pay the balance on his marching band or they won't give him his diploma, and all the other fun stuff for him being a senior, an electric bill that is due, and just got a call that my grandmother is in the hospital with pnemonia (she is 89) and is not doing well, so there may be an expense there. I am open to anything right about now as to what to do. My husband is going to the bank on Monday, about the payday loans and hopefully get them stopped. Have 2 letters here ready to send out to my last 2 companies, which I can't do until Monday, but have copies of the letters for the bank. I also have my paperwork printed off to file my complaints with the AG, which I plan on working on tomorrow, hopefully, but husbands friends got some people coming over, so it might be a little hard to find the time. I am just at witts end and now I am scared and just don't know what to do. I have called the mortgage company and they told me that the payday loans and what they are doing to us is not their fault and we should have known better and that we need to come up with the $2500 soon. Please, if anyone can help us.....
