Awesome!!!! Now, I know this sounds paranoid, but others on this site have given the same advice. Do not deposit or cash this check using your bank account. It is worth paying check cashing fees to ensure that they pdl doesn't get your new bank account info. If you still have the same account the money was coming out of, then you are fine to deposit the check.

Congratulations again!!! That is so exciting!!!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will be getting in touch with MagnumZ, via email of course, and seeing what I can work out with them. That will be 2, and they are the ones that have taken out the most money!!! Right now we still have the account because we need to get the account up to par and let some checks clear. I just hope the rest of them will go as smoothly....well we know Route66 isn't, but maybe the rest. I can't wait to tell my husband. I tried to call him, but he wasn't available to come to the phone, but he will be calling me soon.

I have just gone done emailing all the rest of my companies, again, including Route66! I informed Route66 that I did not believe that they could not email me in reference to my account and that if they actually cannot, then they can correspond with me through the mail, that I needed to make sure I have documentation of all communication between both parties, them and us. Heck, they can sure email me for a payment reminder!!! Several I have not heard from at all, so not sure what is going on with them, so we will see. Been in contact with my bank, so we are watching my account for tomorrow and if someone does try to take something out, we will need to get right down to the bank and get it reversed.

Also printed off the agreement that was sent to me..funny, in bold letters is this statement:

I just thought it was funny that out of the whole Release, this was the only part in bold.

I got to tell my husband and he yelled "yes" at work and he said the guys in his shop looked at him like he was crazy! I think it made his night too.

It would be so great if we could get a refund from MagnumZ and maybe even some from the other companies, even if they are small. If so, along with us finding out that my husband's unclaimed property in another state has been verified and a check is coming soon, we just might be able to save our home and start to get ourselves back on track!!!

I have recommended this site to so many people that it isn't funny! You guys here "ROCK", as my son would say. Get these PDLs taken care of and then on to something else!
