I have read all the posts on here and what you read on here is very true. Why would people go through all the trouble to post on here if Hess Kennedy helped them the way they said they would.
I am very upset at Hess Kennedy and myself for believing these so called lawyers would help me. Hess Kennedy & Company will help themselves to your money and leave you worse off than before you signed up for there fraudulent actions/services. Please contact me if I can ask/answer any questions or if you like to join forces to expose these frauds. My contact info is hess.kennedy.fraud at hotmail dot com. I look forward to hearing from others who were defrauded by Hess Kennedy & Company.

I will tell you all from my experience that this company will take your money and they will not call your creditors like they say they will do. I've been put on hold for the last time with them and I'm going to settle my own debts! I've had to learn the hard way. I had a debt with one of my creditors for almost $10,000 and I got them to settle for $2,000. Now all I have to do is get one more of them to settle like this and I'm home free. I will never get into a mess like this again! With the help of the lord and my family I will never get my life so turned around. People stay away from Hess Kennedy and save your money for other life things like paying your debts yourself. Just talk with them and tell them the truth! It will work I promise. I'm living proof!

Report them to your state's attorney general's office as well as the state that Hess Kennedy is located in. This could get the ball rolling on an investigation.

If you know of more names please post them on here. Your days are numbered Hess Kennedy & Co.!

Another name is ADF - American Debt Foundation.
I signed up with Hess and Kennedy which turned out to be ADF in July 2006.

This place stinks and stay away from it and Edward, Michael, and all the others that work there. When I signed up last June I felt a little comfort and then I started to get the run around. I thought I'll give them another chance and here we are 2007 and nothing is different. I can't get my refund and I'm out of 500.00 and some one else is making a profit off of me and thousands more like myself. I truly wish someone would put a stop to this and now. I hate people doing this to people lik me and the others in this forum. Edward is a liar and so is all his Associates that work there. Come on Hess why do you do this? I've settled one of my bills and will do the same with the rest. So now who needs you I don't!!!

This place stinks. I get the runaround. You are not really saying very much of anything.

You are so full of poison.

Neither are you, Edward. So I guess what's good for the goose is good for the gander, to quote an old saying. You call your clients liars when they come to this forum to post complaints, yet you are quick to throw a fit about those same clients if they say the same thing about your company. Interesting customer service tactic.

Saying "I'm sorry about your experience - what can I do to help?" or offering something other than defensive, repetitive speeech, accusations and challenges might be more helpful. But somehow, I don't think you're interested in that.

EDWARD ~ Is that not customer service. Pretty much everything in business is a type of customer service. Ok, so maybe you don't handle the everyday phone calls of dealing with people on a day in and day out bases, but you are still performing a service for customers. I really do not think that you company would appreciate how you are representing them on the forum. The more I read what you have written and how you are writing it and your reactions to what people say makes me very leary of your company and makes me question what your real motives are here. Also, makes me question your age! Your response are something I would expect from my 14 and 17 year old, not a grown person. It is one thing to defend your company, but there is a right way and a wrong way and you are definilty handling things the wrong way. Unfortunatly you seem to just be validating some of the people's claims on this board.

Edward,
I thought your complianace officer"help" banned you from coming here. I just want to add that there are loads of dirt on this company if you know where to look. If you are having problems with these guys, file a bar complaint against Laura Hess at the florida bar. That should make them wake up and handle their business affairs instead of coming here and whining like a dam@ baby! Treat your customers right and they would not be here screaming about getting ripped off by your company!!!!

Just to add I pulled list of managing directors from florida secretary of state and cross referenced it to florida state bar association and the only director I found licensed to practice law is Laura Hess. So if you are dealing with them on phone, remember this. Also remember if they claim to be attorney they must be licensed in state where their office is or they legally cannot practice law.Sure they could go to their home state and practice but not in florida.Ed,if you wish I can upload my research data for proof!Found all this info through public available records on internet.
