has anyone heard of using this site for settlement? i've read some really good posts from his clients but this type of service just has such a bad name. i was wondering if anyone is on the program or has heard of anyone on his program? if so is it true that his fees are way less than other companies and is the program good? the forum is debt help center and the owner is sifxpert.

thank you!!

ms.benedict.

I've heard good things about him too. I have not retained his services for debt settlement but his fees are realistic. He was very helpful to me when I ended my relationship with another debt settlement company. He has given me some good advice too, free of charge. I know other forum members who have switched to him. His fees are a lot lower than the company that I used to work with.

We are working with him and I highly recommend him. He has saved us THOUSANDS of dollars and probably even a trip or two to court. He even told us up front that with our debt load, we would probably be facing at least one lawsuit. He has worked with our situation and we have avoided that and will be done with the program later this year.

His fees and schedules of that are very reasonable since he understands that you have to have money for settlement up front--not for fees.

I highly recommend him and am glad we have done this program. He has saved us from certain bankruptcy.

Be sure and chek out any company you are going with. Just because someone says something good, doesn' mean they are-they could be workers or from the company.

Lisa-I keep reading post after post about this agency and this guy you name all the time, getting a little suspicious as to whether you are working there or what..karen

I am not working there. I have been wanting to post things about him since we started but didn't want to jeopardize what was going on with our settlements.

I am with his program for 2 monts now. He settled 70K of my debt so far. I have 70k more to go. It seems like he does not have huge saff of people working to answer my anxious calls every time I need to make. But he is reasonably accessable by email. He delivered what he promised me in 2 months on his program. I am happy with him.

If you search scottinred, I posted negative messages for Sifexpert in past. What really turned me around was what he did for my credit card debts. I was hopeless and all those collection calls everyday 7 days a week, really worked on my mind to emotionally even unstable. I am defending him because he really helped me out of this mess. You can read about my posting in success stories. I am real man with serious debt over 5 years from steady declining of financial health. Mere 2 months ago, I thought about lots of unthinkables as solution to my hopeless debt condition to protect my family from collectors. I am looking my future with much more hope and joy because James took care of 1/2 (70K) of my real debt. I still need to go 70K more. Now I think that I can do that with James.

I believe this posting is a deliberate attempt to get free publicity for this company.

I read scottinreds post from January until now and what is being said is true. I apologize for my synicism. He started with 140,000 in debt when he came here. He asked about the plans available and went with this particular one and apparently is satisfied!

Why don't you read my thread " James Lombardo Debtxpert, Elite Negotiations Fraud alert". I am not trying to give him free pub. I think he need to have fare share from good and bad both sides. So the reader can make up their mind. I am spending my time to defend him because he gave me new hope from hopelessness. I was at least pretty negative about him if I was not detrimental. I was at the bottom of debt pitt just 10 days ago. He pull me 1/2 way out of the pitt and I can almost feel Spring again.

Who have I shot down? I merely clarified my point after the posts I made were taken to task. When my settlement is all finished, I will be posting all my information--cards, amounts, amounts saved and how much my fees turned out to be.

Paulmergel, do you have experience with Sifxpert? I would be interested to know how you know of the company. Have you worked with James Lombardo?
