I have 11 payday loans to pay back. I have to work
a second job to pay them off. They call me at work
I just can't pay them all off. I have to kid & i am a single mom. What should I do.

Let the lenders know about your situation and tell them that you are willing to pay the debts. They may offer you some extensions in paying your accounts. Who are you dealing with? Have you checked about their business and the contract is prepared according to your state laws?

The payday loans are, GFSIL, Cashnet Usa,Astrolending,Mte Financial, 911 Advance, Nationwide there more. But these are the main one.
