It all depends on your situation. If you are looking for a loan to pay off other debts there are other options.
With bad credit if you do get a loan odds are you will be paying very high interest. It may not be the best option, so really look into everything before you sign anything.

And most companies that offer loans to people with bad credit turn out to be scammers. There are loads of topics in this forum discussing about different scam companies. Read the "Getting a loan" forum and you will know about different types of scams.
Another important thing to note is that loans require collateral to be pledged as security. This can be a risky move in case you miss one payment in the plan. There are other options to consider if you are looking for a loan for repaying the debts. You won't have to go through any stress, provided you stick to the plan.
