Letter to Sonic Cash

Sonic Cash ignored the email I sent to them revoking authorization, also tried to call and had to leave a voice mail which they ignored as well. Well I went ahead closed my account and through a mistake on my employers part they deposited my payroll check in my old account instead of my new one, which reopened the account I closed, which in turn allowed the pdl's to hit me again. So I'm taking care of the bank thing on Monday and hopefully get my money back, but in the meantime I thought I would email Sonic Cash again to let them know I was filing a formal complaint about them ignoring my revoking authorization. Just wanted to see if this would sound okay and get someone else's opinion.
Quote:
Dear Sir/Madam,

As of March 5, 2007 I revoked authorization for Sonic Cash, representive, parent company, affiliate or subsidiary of Sonic Cash to withdraw funds from my checking account in the name of Sandra L. _____, acct. # ending in 7418 located at Simmons First National Bank. Your company choose to ignore this and withdraw the funds anyway.. It is my right to revoke authorization for anyone to continue to do so. I was excersising my right to do this and it was ignored. I will be writing a formal complaint to my Attorney General's office to report your company and it's handling of this matter. One you are NOT licensed in this state (Arkansas), two you are charging fees and interest not allowed by this state, and three Arkansas does not permit rollovers all of which your company has done.

I think I need to add something else to close, but I can't think of anything. Or maybe I just should file the complaint and leave it with that. Anyone want to give me their opinion, I'm all ears. Thanks!

I would also contact your payroll people and write them a letter saying that you revoke any voluntary wage assignments that you signed when you took out the loan with Sonic, because trust me, they will try and do it.

Well, Sonic Cash took the whole $200.00 that I owed them, but I guess it would stand to reason that since I'm hoping to get the money put back into my bank when I fill out the affidvat's on Monday, that I should go ahead and send the payroll dept. a letter to revoke that also. Thanks for mentioning that, I hadn't even thought about it.

I have a loan with Sonic Cash -- where can I find a copy of the letter to send to my payroll department to revoke wage garnishment?

Thank you,
Sarah R.
