Because of my PDL nightmare, I'm now going to be behind for the first time in my monthly payment to CashCall, and they are ringing my phone off the hook! How long does it take for CashCall to start collection practices and filing a lawsuit? Are they really a loan company, or a glorified pdl company? I didn't get a chance today to ask T&C if they handle CashCall issues. Any advice regarding this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Cash call is pretty much one of the worst companies to do bussiness with. No reputable settlement company can even handle them because they rarely allow the accounts to go to collections. They will just sue you if you don`t pay them. To be honest there isn`t much you can due. Cash call also will not work credit counseling either. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you are kinda stuck paying them. You could try to get a loan with another company that doesn`t charge outragous interest. However I assume you credit must not be very good or you would not have done bussiness with these con artists. I really hate to suggest this but you may want to consider Chapter 13

These theives appear to be licensed in most states, unfortunately.

Call them NOW and see if you can make some sort of arrangements.
