Can I consolidate my payday loans?

I'm trying to keep up on payday loans. I kept taking them out thinking that by the next payday I would be able to start paying them back. I'm sinking and I can't get out of this payday loan trap. I know there are a few companies who will help consolidate or even help me settle with these companies. What companies do that and when can I start this process?

Read this forum very carefully. You will see many others facing the same problems and finding a way out of their pdl mess. I see you are already registered in the website. You will be getting a call from a counselor in your area and discuss about your debts and possible options. Keep in touch.

I hope that someone did because I haven't seen a reply from this person saying yes or no.

It is good that you checked on them.

I have actually gone pretty far...... I have closed my bank account, going to be starting up a new one next friday (payday). And I also cancelled my direct deposit so the companies can't take out anymore from me! yeah! I consolidated with T&C but waiting for the paperwork. So far everything is going smoothly. Thank you both for checking up on me. I think the reason why this topic kinda stopped was because I had started many other topics where all my questions were being answered. I just want to say thanks to everyone on the forum who have been so nice and helpful during this really hard time. I couldn't do it without all the support from you guys! Smile

I've heard some good things about T&C on this board, so hopefully it will all work out good for you. I'm sure it's a huge relief to just be able to hand the whole mess over to someone else to start working out. Just to know you have options and help is such a wonderful feeling.

Thats great KIM! I looked into Lanhorne but I still want to contact T&C and see what they have to say...Then I will make my decision after waiting to see if any of those IPDL's are gonna own up to scamming me and mark me paid in full...If not then I guess to stop the harrasment I will go with one of those companies...sigh what a mess!

I completely agree. I'm looking forward to seeing my paycheck. To be honest, it's been about a year now since I can actually say I got to control my own money. I can't wait till next Friday!

I know exactly how you feel. It's nice when your payday is something to look forward to, not dread . . . .

Exactly, and yes it is nice to have T&C to fall back on and take over dealing with those IPDL's. I haven't finished everything with them but so far they have been very helpful and after reading about them on here I think it will be to my benefit if everything goes well which I'm sure it will.

I am glad that it is working out for you. T&C is not a bad company at all. They have been working real well for me as I am about to pay off two debts next month. So I am thankful for that.

Congrats on paying off two more. That's huge and I bet a great feeling too! I'm glad to hear T&C are working well for you. Did you just have IPDL's or did you have storefront. I'm just curious as to how they work with the two different ones.

I have both but I am paying the storefront on my own. It is possible to pay both off. I discovered that.

Good to know...when I first contacted them and gave them my list of IPDL's, I had forgotten all about the storefront ones. That's good to know that they will add them.

I'm glad to see that both of you are having good experiences with T&C. It's great to know that there are companies that will help people with pdl's, not just screw them up more.
