Hi 5 months ago I signed up with whats seems to be so far a pretty good company. It's a debt settlement law firm. I did all my background homework to make sure it was a good company. I spoke with this their senior debt analyst Steve Martin and he put me on a plan that I like so far. I am saving $200 a month on what I had to pay out before and will be out of debt 2 years. So far this program has been pretty nice for me I'm happy that the calls have pretty much all stopped. The company is the USCA you can reach them at 866-535-3451. I recamend speaking with Steve Martin his extension is 101.
I looked at a few other companies that seemed like they might be good chocies but they did'nt have as good of standings in BBB and Bar association. So I hope that helps any of you that were in the situation like me and needed to go through this process. One word of advice though is to take your time and make the right choice on a company. Alot of companies in the debt industry are scams.

Stay away from Superior Debt. The only thing they will do is take your money and leave you hanging.

I am also enrolled with Superior debt relief and they have managed to settle three out of seven accounts.
minicrazy, can you kindly tell me why your experience with Superior Debt Relief turned into bad?

Why? Because what I said above. I paid them and they did not do a single thing for me, except take over $2,000 in fees. They kept telling me not to worry, things would be okay, and I got sued by one of my creditors. That's when I found out that Superior hadn't even contacted them.
Using them put me further behind and in worse shape than I was before. Money is tight and I don't care to pay for services that weren't done. I feel like they just took my money and were laughing all the way to the bank. When I was served the papers, I contacted them and was told "oops, well sorry, nothing we can do to help". Frigging lot of good that did!
Before you ask, I was never late on a payment to them, always had the momey in my account for them to take. I did everything they told me to do, ignored the calls and letters. As a result, I am so far behind the only recourse I have is bankruptcy.
Glad your experience is better. I guess karma just wanted to screw with me some more.
