Yeah GFSIL and I are going round for round..What email address are you using because I can't find an email and they claim they never get my faxes(but I know they have because I can time it to when they call after they receive my fax). I filed a complaint with them here in OH....

That even sounds like a fake company! Geez, if you are going to go to the trouble of lying at least believable! (that's kind of a contradiction, isn't it?). The sad part is that some people will believe anything and thats where they get into trouble.

And I thought that Ten DOllar Payday Loan was bad. Geez.

It is amazing of what payday loans will do to get you to pay the bill. I would turn their behinds over to the cops as well contending that they are prentending to be a company, thereby making them scam artists.

Did they leave a phone number for you to call them? Send this number to the AG's office and to your local police because this company is trying to solicit from you. That will show them.

when they send a reminder Leah..go ahead and just reply..they do get emails because after I send the email.. they call saying that they are calling in response to the email.. I agree Lorri that is a fake company..they made up the name because I told them I filed a complaint..Alexandra I just deleted the number because in my email..I told them I will only correspond through email..so I can have everything in writing..

I would kindly(NOT) remind company by saying they are with Florida Investigation Department, they are trying to infer they are law enforcement. That is a big no no!I would also go the Florida Attorney General website and file complaint with all info. from that call.

Cajun I will file the complaint..but if these guys are out of the country..like I have read on here and they dont care about the laws here..it will probably not do much good..I think they know that they can get away with stuff like this so they will always be shrewd and calculated..I will play their little game because they will not be getting any more money out of me..

NAs-they have a location in Reno, NV just so you know...And in order for them to be lending to anyone in the US they have to have a liscense to do business here and they also have to abide by US law...THey just think that because they are in the UK that they can do what they want and no one will be the wiser

Yes, you can reply back to the payment reminders. I have done it numerous times with Route66 and they have gotten the emails because they would/will leave messages that they are calling about "ALL" the emails I have sent.

But I really believe that route 66, gfsil and Big are one and the same..They are the only ones that send u payment reminder the way it is done..They want u to pay only by western union etc, if u owe ..and they refuse to work with consolidation companies..

Yeah I believe that they have a lot of other DBA"s as well...and if they really wanted their money they would take other methods of payment...I sure would never give out my banking info again! Of course as far as I am concerned GFSIL has gotten me for oever $500 on a $250 loan so they are paid in full and can kiss rocks!

They probably are all the same. That is what makes things so bad is that they all have tons of different names, but as I read through here, can see a lot having the same format.
