And they are helping me with my PDL mess! I'm feeling more relieved now, thank the Lord! 
Hopefully, things will get better as time goes on. T&C has sent out the proposals to my PDLs, so hopefully the proposals will be accepted, and the PDLs will start talking to T&C regarding the matter. T&C told me that if any of the PDLs call me to refer them to T&C, so I hope the PDLs will abide by that wish and do that.
Also, I got from T&C today an "Information Disclosure Authorization" letter. T&C didn't say what to do with it, and they are now closed, so I won't be able to contact T&C until tomorrow. Anyone know what I'm suppose to do with the letter? After signing it, am I suppose to make copies of it and send it by certified mail to the PDLs? Am I supposed to just send it back to T&C after signing it? Am I suppose to send it to both T&C and the PDLs? Help! I'm confused! Thanks!

Just talk to T&C and know what you need to do further with the letter. I hope your program with T&C ends up smoothly. Good luck!

Thanks, I will keep everyone posted on my progress.
If anyone knows what I should do with the T&C Authorization letter, and can tell me tonight, I'd greatly appreciate it. Otherwise, I'll have to wait until tomorrow to talk with T&C, but I'd like to know now if possible. Thanks!

If I remember it correctly, you have to send the letter back to them signed. Does it list creditors and balances. Information Disclosure letter gives them permission to obtain information from your creditors on your behalf.

The letter says the following:

A photographic or carbon copy of this authorization (being a photographic or carbon copy of the signature(s) of the undersigned), may be deemed to be the equivalent of the original and may be used as a duplicate original.
Your prompt reply will be appreciated." |
It then has a place for me to sign my signature at.
