Debt lead generator scam company

I am an officer for Lawgistix LLC, a company that has negative postings on this site. This forum is presented as a community benefit to people in debt. It is a complete scam. I tracked the system through yesdebtfree.org and was my name was given a lead to Superior debt relief. So, this is a lead generating site using tortious business interference and illegal practices to scam consumers into receiving points for multiple postiings. Our IT department will begin building websites to optimize yesdebtfree.org as a scam.

When you register for this site you have the OPTION of recieving a call from a debt counselor. You can still register for free without anyone giving your name to any company. If you want to talk to a counselor you have that option. It's only 1 phone call, it's not like your name is sold to dozens of companies and you keep getting called.

It's an option. You obviusly know little about this site. It's really just a platform for people to help other people with debt issues.

This guy is just trying to scare people away from this site because it contains some of their cusomters negative experiences with the company.

Instead of working on their customer service and trying to work out problems with customers, they must feel that trying to discredit this site so newcomers looking for info will think this site is just trying to make money off them is a better way to go.

Everything this site is about is in black and white. Denny has posted about the leads and explained to anyone that cared exactly how the process works. This guy is just trying to make something out of nothing.

And I am proof that you can register without being called by a counselor.

Sounds to me like another person trying to get everyone riled up and to start stuff again. Heck, maybe all these people are the same person.

If you came here to inflame and scare posters instead of doing your job to address customer concerns at your firm, you can just bugger off! I also post here without a counselor calling. I am here to help people in trouble not to cater to a post such as this.

This sounds like "you hurt my feelings and now I am going to try to get even with you" waaa waaa waaa, as my kids would say.

Gosh, these people just need to grow up and quit being cry babies. If there are problems with your company, then fix them. Address people's issues and see what the problems are and do something about them. By coming on here and whining and crying and carrying on like above and saying "since you have people saying this about us, then we are going to build a website and say bad things about you", sure doesn't do much for a companies image, if you ask me.

One sure way to get yourself flamed on this site - run a company that provides shoddy customer service or offer a service and not deliver...and then come here and have the guts to complain about your own customers coming here to complain about you.

You got the company from the ranking chart here. It’s automated. The consumers leave their positive/ negative comments on the company they worked with. The company with most number of votes will stay at the top in their state. The system here picks that company for the free counseling because of the maximum number of votes.

This person at lawgistix never saw his company at the top because of which he never got people from this website. That must be the reason of his sadness and that’s why he wants to cry here, seeing the worst side of his business getting exposed.

Just what we do NOT need--threats!! I am also someone who has registered who has not done the debt counseling offered on the site.
Based on that post, I can see that maybe the negative posts you have received are warranted--and DCC is doing a community service!!

Since the bosses have been monitoring this topic,I will add to it. Our board has two different methods of signing up to become a registered member. There is the member signup with counselor option and there is the community signup. On the debt counselor option, there are companies on our ranking chart that leads do indeed get sent to consolidation companies. You may refer to our ranking chart to see the current rankings. The community signup option actually offers two different types of accounts. One is personal for people like me who volunteer their time to help out on the board. The second is for companies that are willing to register and help posters.

Now I came here with no debt problems.I read for a few days and joined. This board has done a world of good for a lot of people both guests and registered members. You will excuse me if I go nuclear on you when you try to soil my board and my community members.

I have told you earlier that if you wish this board to quit posting the negative info on your firm, then you will have to solve their problems. I can guarantee if you start taking care of your customers, they will report back on that very quickly.

Just so you know who you are talking to and the length I will go to to protect board members from this nonsense you are spouting, please do a search for Hess Kennedy or a username search on me.

You have a nice day and if your company procedures should change where you are taking care of your customers,I will be the first one to report it.

PostPosted: Mon Sep 10, 2007 2:37 pm Subject: Lawgistix was not interested in helping me

I tried Lawgistix and all they cared about was getting my money. They got most of it in the first 3 months before I could determine they were not helping me. I had to call my creditors myself and negotiate with them. So, why was I paying them? Lawgistix took me for much money, but I did all the work. They would not respond and continue to ignore my requests. They will be all over you for the first 3 months willing to help you. Once they collected the bulk of my money, they were nowhere to be found. I had to quit to get them to stop taking my money for no reason.

I have been a member of the forums since May 07. I simply volunteer my time to answer posts I am familiar with the best I can. I have no business relationship with this site or any financial site on the net. I have not requested and I have never received any solicitations via email, mail or phone from any member or business associated with this site. I have also not applied for any debt help or been coerced into giving any personal information to business connected with this site. The point system for posting on the forums has no correlation with receiving help from a debt counselor. The forums are a great tool for receiving anonymous help on any debt related issue. I have read some very solid advice coming from each member posted above me with the exception of Mr. Skunks. This site is also a great tool to connect with debt settlement companies in ones area. As with any business transaction I always recommend that the buyer do their homework and research the company before paying them though.

What I have learned on this site is invaluable. We are just starting down this journey and I feel way more at ease with all the stuff I have learned. The information on here is fair, concise and all in one place. I have learned TONS.
