Ok,
So I have talked to a debt consolidation officer. She told me to close my account, currently I am 136 dollars in the hole on that one. Then I need to get all my info together for my payday loan companies.

My question is some of them I cannot find on google and need either 1800 numbers or addresses so I can find out how much I owe exactly. Here is the list of them that I need:

E-Payday
Payday Yes
World Wide Cash
Net Cash USA (I know there have been articles on cashnet usa, but this has been shown as net cash usa on my bank account.

Any help would of course be greatly appreciated. Also I am dealing with MTE, and I dont know what company they stand for. I talked with a lady there and she said that they dont deal with debt consolidation companies.

Also, one last thing. The places that I have been dealing with or talking to on the phone have wanted to set up an automatic debit with me. I have resisted doing so. I have so many questions still about payday loans and about the laws for my state. I am from iowa, and once I figure out how much I have paid on these loans and how much the maximum is, I will feel better. I havea lot of work to do.

Welcome to the forums Meredith!!!! You can check your state laws at http://www.paydayloaninfo.org
Please also contact your Attorney General Consumer Division and lodge complaints. Most of all pay what is allowed and not a dime more. These people will bleed you dry. Best Wishes and if you need any help let us all know. Thats what we are here for. KYSIDE38

You could also look back on your bank statements to see what you borrowed from each company and look at the payments to figure out how much you have paid them, if the money was coming out of your account. If you do not have your statements, get in touch with your bank to get them. There might be a small fee, but would be worth it. Good luck and hang in there. It will work our for you.

I would like to know more on this company also. They have no phone numbers or anything and they have taken over $600 out of my checking account since February, 2007 and I can't find any information to talk to them. I've never received or seen any papers on this place so any help would be greatly appreciated.
