Well this was the first payday that the payments for my payday loans were stopped on. I sent off all my info to T&C so its in there hands now. So far I have received phone calls from 6 of my 8 payday loan companies letting me know that the payments didn't go through. All of them were "nice" on the phone when I let them know that T&C should be contacting them. Some even provided me with a fax number for them to fax the proposal into. So all my worries were for nothing. I know that I am taking a good step forward in getting out of this payday loan mess. If I can do it- you all can do it. Very Happy

What companies are u dealing with..because some of mines..they still insist on sending me letters about collections..even after they have been contacted by my consolidation company

Well today was my first payday that was not eaten up by the PDL fees. This is almost scary. My bank acct is closed and I have not received the first call. I have 17 PDLs and I have retained Langhorne debt solutions.

manuelrenzo and motomom425, would you mind sharing who your loans are with? It would be good to know which places cooperated with the settlement/consolidation firms. I am going to work with T & C soon.

I have One Click Cash, United Cash, Payday OK, Payday Select, Zip Cash, Little Loan Shoppe, Payday Max, and CashToday. I haven't heard anything from PaydayMax and United Cash. The others seemed o.k. to have to start dealing with T&C.

Thanks Manuel. I am glad to hear that they will deal with T & C. United Cash Loans sent me a nasty email last week and I wrote back but haven't heard anything since. Did all those accept T & C's proposal?

I am in the beginnings of working with T&C and have heard that 4 of them have accepted the proposals - haven't heard which ones though. I wouldn't mind if they send nasty emails as long as I don't have to talk to them on phone.

Sass..Debtreductionservices..Someone on here pm them to me..but I have never heard them mentioned on here..They have managed to get back proposals from 3 and I am still waiting on them to call the other 2.The other 9 I took care of myself..BIG I have am waiting for them to send me a payment plan..

Town and Country also have my account and I have been very pleased with the outcome. I am paying off two loans next month finally and am on my way to paying off my debts completely and on my way to being debt free in a matter of time. It is a good feeling. I remember a time when I didn't have any money to buy shoes. Now, I have the money to buy shoes and clothes. It is a good feeling to be free.

I am glad to hear that Town and Country is working with you. I am sorry to hear about the person with the 17 loans as I know what it is like to be in debt that is out of control.

I am glad to see that some of these companies are really benefiting our members.There are so many scammers out there that it is getting difficult to see the companies that are doing what they advertise. Shocked
