I have posted my correspondance with them here and have also complained to my AG. I heard from teh AG today and they are investigating the matter. I just got a voice mail here at work stating that if I don't call them within 24 hours they will take the next step of action against me. Should I call them or ignore them until the AG gets back with me?

This sounds like another threat from them. I would e-mail them and let them know that matter has been turned over to the AG's office in your state. I wouldn't call them back at this point but that is just my opinion.

Thanks Mishele. I agree that it sounds like another threat and I am not scared of them. I am going to let the AG deal with it. I just sent UCL an email and told them about it.

United Cash loans sent me the same voice mail...I did not call them back and took it as another one of their idle threats...and haven't heard anything from them since Smile

That's funny...well I am not letting them scare me. They can take all the action they want. We all know they are just trying to intimidate us.

It is absolutely nothing more than a threat. I gave up counting the amount of times they told this to me. Since you have filed with the AG, let them handle it.
