GO to www.paydayloaninfo.org and click on your state-it will help you with your laws...Also can you please not type in all caps? It makes it very hard to read Thanks...Once yu look at the laws you need to determine how many you have already paid off legally and what you owe to the ones you haven't paid of legally..if you have questions just ask

Payday Loans are Prohibited in MD. Contact your Attorney Generals office consumer division and ask for help. Best Wishes KYSIDE38

You must call each company before they become aggressive and start calling your references. Moreover, there will be less chances of working out any payment arrangements if they get to you first.

Know the laws in your state and calculate the payments on each account. You will figure out the accounts having an outstanding balance and put proposals to the lenders.

For the other accounts on which you have paid excessively, claim for a refund from the company.

thanks kyside38. I am going to call that, but if pdl are prohibited in MD, it that mean I don t have to pay or I have to pay just what I owe.

You should pay only what you legally owe.

What I owe it is that the amount they lend to me without the financials charges, for instance arrowhead lend me 300 and I paid 3 times the financial 75*3 = 225, so if I interstand I owe them only 100 now. what should I do to let them know that I just owe them 100 , not 300+75
