Sub: #1 wright, what state are you from? What companies are your loans Wed, 03/28/2007 - 03:49

wright,
what state are you from? What companies are your loans with? are they storefront or internet based loans? How much did you borrow from each and how much have you paid back so far? Sounds like you should be able to get a paid in full letter or refunds, if the situation renders it, please post the requested information and someone will come along and help you out. goodluck

There are a lot of users from Ohio here that can give you some good advice. Ohio has specific rates a pdl can charge, and they can't rollover the loans. Also, they have to be licensed to do business in Ohio.

I would concentrate first on the storefront loans. They are the ones that are most likely to be legally licensed and following all the laws.

You also should contact the attorney general's office and file complaints on the ones that are breaking the laws.

How I make some extra cash

I earn at least $20 extra every month doing offers. And you don't have to pay a cent.

To get a better idea as to who might help and who might now, etc, can you list who you have the loans through, how much you borrowed and how much you paid, especially to the internet ones? Just might help in getting a little better advice.

Hang in there...it will work out. Just have a little faith.

Advance America, Checksmart, and Cashland are your store front lenders? Amy I reading that correctly? You will want to call and make payment arrangments with the store front lenders first. In Ohio, these lenders are licesed to do business here. Rollovers or extensions are not allowed in the state of Ohio.
