How can I find the address of a medical bill creditor if it is shown as "n-a" on a report?

Did you check the very last pages of the credit report? Usually the contact information is located there for all of your creditors, even if it's just a phone number.
If that doesn't work, start searching on the internet, using Google or a similar search engine for the company name.

That is really strange looking. Check the forum on this site that is centered around collectors and collection agencies and you might find something there. Or go to the top of this page and do a google seach of this site with that name.
