hello, my issue is that creditors keep calling me when i cant afford to pay them back right away, yes i got myself into a lot of debt and i want to get my credit score to excellent again.

You will have to take the creditor's calls and pay the debts. Avoiding their calls will not be good because they may be thinking of filing a legal case against you in the court. Or, they may send your file to collections. Well, that will certainly be a negative patch on your credit report.
