What state are you in? Are these internet payday loans? And which companies and how long have you been paying on these?

Have you considered closing the account or speaking to someone at the bank and explain your situation? How about revoking any authorizations for the PDLs to withdraw funds?

I would also make a list of what PDL's you have, how much you have paid with rollovers and whether they are internet or storefront. This is important because most storefront lenders are licensed in the states they do business in and as such, should be paid first.
Most IPDL's, however, are not licensed in the states they loan in (but confirm this first) and can go towards the end of the line to be paid. Storefronts definately come first.
And most importantly, as Lorri and Steelers have said, close your bank account and get a new one, or put ACH blocks on your account. This is the first step towards getting control of your finances back.
