I relocated to Arizona from California with my son and previously made some bad decisions with my credit use, but now I am trying to clear my credit to purchase a home in the near future. California rates on the cost of living put stress on my financial situation, so I moved to Arizona for a better opportunity.

So you have registered on here to seek information on how to clean up your credit? Are you currently employed? A debt consultant will be contacting you and you can discuss your situation then. In the meantime, check out the forum on here entitled Credit Repair.

Pull your latest credit copies and find the latest statues of each creditor reporting a negative balance. You will have to work out payment arrangements with them and once they are paid off, they will update your latest payments to the bureaus. Your scores will start improving with each account showing a zero balance. Go through some more tips in this link. It helps a lot when you are repairing credit.
