Is there any other way and does anyone know anyone trustworthy to help. I dont know how this happened i just need to fix it fast! Thank You in advance.

Take a look at your options. If you don't want to settle or file BK, then I'd imagine consolidation to be your best choice. But that's just my opinion, and it's based upon the information you stated. If you gave your number at signup, a credit counselor will call soon, and might be able to help you make the best choice for you. If you use any company to help you get through your debt, make sure you research them so you don't get ripped off (BBB, FTC, your AG, etc...).

Cosumer credit counseling seems to be the only non-for-profit agency that doesn't make you fall into default to be part of their settlement program. Check them out, they are in every major city in the U.S. I'm joining tomorrow, I too owe over 35k, and I too just lost my job. I can relate. Sux. Seems like this is less "risky" as far as your future credit score goes, and the fee's are VERY low.

Be careful when searching for companies doing business with the name of Consumer credit counseling. There are many out there with names very similiar and one not might always be as reputable as another. About 22 years ago, I dealt with Consumer Credit Counselors and they were very good.
