Has anyone here dealt with the Attorney General here in Michigan?
What kind of experience did you have?
Any luck with your PLDs?
I ask because I talked to some secretary and she said there was nothing I can do, I just have to follow the laws in the state of the company I took the loan out of -- she sounded really young and like she didn't know what she was doing --
-- so, I'm just wondering if there is anyone from Michigan here that has worked with the AG here?

I have not experienced that but your best bet is to send your complaints via email or online so that the complaint gets re routed to the appropriate place....I know one person here was told the same thing by our AG but then I did some calling and found out that if it doesn't go to the right source, they have not a clue as to what is going on....

Where to Complain, Get Information:
Regulator: Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Services
Address: P.O. Box 30220 Lansing, MI 48909
Phone: (877) 999-6442
Fax: (517) 335-4978
http://www.michigan.gov/cis/0,1607,7-154-10555---,00.html
This is where the AG should be sending your complaints when they receive them Hope this helps

You need to file your complaints regardles of what some secretary said. Finsfan is in MI and has successfully dealt with her PDLs, I also believe Suebee has done the same and is in MI as well.
