To "no debt"... I HAVE taken responsibility and called them MYSELF. I have directed them not to call my family. You may have to gather some facts before you go assuming and giving someone advice. Thanks to everyone else.

by far the worst agency in buffalo! the office had never been cleaned in the 7 months i worked there.. illegal methods used daily.. the so called owner pays people min wage to collect on the garbage she calls good paper..she also likes to talk about people behind there backs including her own husband and the real owners. but the terrible run is coming to a bitter end real soon... the place should be condemned..i was ashamed to be part of the team.. for those looking for a job in collection never work at fpc u would be better off at burger king...

It's not that it's a wrong number..... read the rest of the posts... it's because the company is harassing her family and they HAVE her number and she HAS called them.

Just got word that this place finally closed down. I guess hiring a manager who plays video games, complains about her husband & demeans everyone around her was not a successful business model. Seriously - this place was the worst-run biz I ever worked for. Lucky I got out when I did.
