Do I need to sign a release form in order to get a copy of my contract from a PDL company?

I don't think so, I know that I had hard times getting copies of some of my pdl contracts, but I found that calling the customer service line and asking them worked well. Don't mention anything about laws or such, just pretend like you need a copy because you lost yours. I was trying to get a copy from cashnet500 for 2 months by sending letters and asking when they called, and it never came. I called the normal customer service number and it was emailed immediatly.

That's assuming they never gave you a copy of the contract. I was given mine, I just didn't bother to either print them out, or I just misplaced them.

Well, she gave me a contract because, and I quote:
| Quote: | | Just because you’re giving me so much negative feedback, I am using the previous responses as your authorization to release your original loan contract. |
