I received a call from US fast cash saying my husband
owes 175.00 I told them the most I would owe them
would be 50.00 but since they took unauthorized
payments out and I had to change my checking
account I considered this paid in full. The lady
was so NASTY telling me let me talk to your
husband I said he can't talk he is terminally ill
which he is. I told her I do not give my info to
anybody she threatened to have him arrested and
taken to court and flag is social security number.
I hung up on her she started screaming in my ear.
Any advise.

One-no one is going to jail. That is a threat that many of us have heard numerous times to try and get us to give them money. You need to file a complaint with your AG on this matter and let them handle it. How much did you borrow from them and how much have you paid them? What state are you in?

FLAG his social security number-whatever. The only thing they can do with his social security number is report him to Teletrack which will prevent him from getting another pdl. It is also used by some rent to own places like Rent a Center. If you answer the questions Leah asked above we can try to help you further.

It was 300.00 which I renewed at least 4 times trying to get on my feet I tried to work out payment arrangements when my husband got sick which I only owed 175.00 after renewing and they took out 3 amounts of 85.00 when I only set up for 1 and still say I owe that. This woman called me at work and was so nasty. I live in Florida.

there a very shady company.. they keep calling me like 8 to 10 times a day at home and at work.. i had someone told them i no longer work there and the lady called him a lier.. file a complanint with the bbb your ag and commerce department and the ftc.. usfastcash is rio resources

Basically they are saying they are going to "flag" his social security number to scare you. Don't let that threat scare you at all.
