Does anyone know the original website for Emerald Marketing. They were one of them that I had a loan with and I filed against them with my state attorney and he has replied to get more information about them so that he can look further into this situation. However, one of the things he needs is the original website and I have no idea what it is, if anyone knows please help! Thanks!

This might be their website. emeraldmarketing.com/ It seems to be down since quite a long time.
Did you have any written agreement with them when you got the loan?

No..........everything was over the phone and I have no idea what website, it as like almost a year ago when I first received the 200 from them. I didn't ever get any documents to my mailing address nor to my email, everything was documented with one phone conversation. It wasn't emerald marketing.com that I got it from though, it was another website that they used but through their company.

Kim, Tell your attorney to contact the WV Attorney Generals office. They have info on Emerald. This is one of the companies that is being nailed. KYSIDE38

This sounds an awful lot like ICS/Interim/Route66/Cash Today. I'm willing to bet Emerald is one of "those". You can go to heathmill.com and maybe get contact info for them.

I don't know the website but when I got a loan from them they said they would email me the contact information but I never got anything. At that point I waited for them to take the first interest payment out of my bank. At that point I called my bank and told them that I didn't have the contact information and could they please call the treasury that actually debits the funds. They did and I got the phone number for them. It's that simple. So, if anyone gets a loan from Emerald you should call your bank and tell them that the company is fraudulant and ask them to research the contact information. All automatic debits on an account MUST supply a phone number. In my case the phone number was valid! Thank goodness also! I think that Emerald/United and how many ever companies they are under the umbrella of use those "we'll find several loan companies that will give you money" websites. I think I used findpaydayloansnow.com or something like that.

LoansPay2Day.com is the site they advertise from theirs but if you're like me, they got your info from an affiliate site. I never even applied to them, they called me from the info I left on another site.I intend to file a claim also. I never received any documentation in email as promised and was not aware of the process. I paid into it for 4 months for $300 but never touched the principle, only the finance charge.They didn't even follow the payment schedule and overdrew my account.Of course, they refused to pay the charges.
Please let me know if anyone gets anywhere with a claim against this company.
