The problem is that the people who answer the phones there aren't even aware of the connection to Ellis Crosby. It's not the same staff. We've been over this numerous times. The people who ran Ellis Crosby do not run Bass. TECHNICALLY SPEAKING ANYWAY. The connection is that the other two guys who owned/ran Ellis Crosby's firm have funded Bass and Associates and trained David Jacobs and other execs how to run Bass.

They are operating out of the same manual. They have the same clients. They use the same procedures. And, eventually, they will go down just like Ellis Crosby did.

I don't know if my post on David Jacobs was deleted or not, but let's just say that this man is in serious hot water. He's being investigated by the Florida AG, the Jacksonville County DA's Office, the State Bar of Florida (for unauthorized practice of law), and supposedly the U.S. Attorney/FBI. This is why you have seen Bass recently spring up a couple of new DBAs -- Phillip Jackson and Associates and Mark Watson and Associates. The writing is on the wall.

I think you'd be better off calling David Jacobs' personal cell phone and asking him how it's gonna feel to get gang-banged by the chain gang.

Then why post as Doug Danger? Not to get off topic or anything. but the post you made was semi-informative.

Plausible deniability.

I hate Bass just as much as you people do, but for much different reasons. I probably know more about the company than a lot of people who work there.

Hi Doug Danger, welcome back to the forums!

Do you have any links you could provide so we can further read about this? I'm sure the more information that is available, the more it could help someone who is having current run-ins with Bass.

Regards
Mike

For whatever reason your posting as DD isn't my business, however, I'd hate to see valuable information that you've posted, get deleted based on your history with the forum.

I'm assuming that since it's under investigation, there are no published links at this point. I can say first hand having seen a State Bar investigation, that such information would not be public unless charges were filed. You'd think it is the same with the FBI, DA and AG, but that's beyond my knowledge.

My knowledge of the situation comes from a former Bass Exec, who was involved in the IT department. He did not start the company; he came there shortly after they fired their first IT guy. He left the company a bout 4-6 weeks ago due to some absurd conduct by David Jacobs. A lot of the other management team members have left too; mostly because of Mr. Jacobs.

If they feel the need to delete it, so be it. I still come here on a daily basis. I generally don't feel the need to post because it's become quite apparent that anything even semi-controversial will be deleted, so why bother? I was just talking with my friend formerly of Bass this morning, so I felt like responding.

but you said you weren't DD...

Using racial slurs, etc, aren't semi-controversial. It's disrespect. I'm going to venture to say that odds are your informative posts won't be deleted.

I was being sarcastic. Of course this is DD.

When have I ever used racial slurs? I called cajun bulldog a removed. But anyone who knows a real cajun, knows that removed is more of a term of endearment than anything. Other than that, I haven't used racial slurs.

In all actuality - I lived in Southern Lousiana for 10 years...

Whatever, its beside the point, again, I don't want to go off topic.

As a value to other forum members, please post the information that you learn about B & A.
