I found out that the situation with the Wage Execution I received earlier this month was not due to a PDL, but rather a credit card I had 6 years ago (love how they wait until the last minute to retaliate against you). I was able to work it out with my attorney and she got the Wage Execution cancelled. I do have to pay $25.00 a week to the Attorney representing the plaintiff but that's alot better than having my paycheck eaten up. Thank you guys sooooooooooooo much for all your help. I really could not have done it without all your caring and advice.
Now....
I must deal with Westbury Ventures.

Congrats!!! I bet that's a huge relief to know that your paycheck won't be garnished!
It just goes to show that anything can be fought!

Congrats!!!! That is a huge weight off your shoulders, I am sure. I haven't heard from Westbury Ventures in the last week...have they still been harassing you?

Yes it is a huge relief! Westbury is still at it, although I think I spooked them just a little since I sent them a debt validation letter and a letter stating the laws in my state. Marquitta sent me an email back explaining how she wants to help me settle the PDLs I took out that have not been taken care of.
She wants to settle with me, but will not tell me with how much. Just to call her by 4-27. Apparently she can neither spell nor construct proper senteneces.
I am not sure what my next course of action should be other than saving my receipts.
